Payments:
We accept all major credit cards through PaPpal.
Shipping:
We ship out all our orders within 1 business day after payment is received.
We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. Tracking number, if available, will be provided upon request after the order is shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. BOX, APO, and FPO addresses. Combine shipping is only available for certain items;
please e-mail us through if you have questions about items you are interested in purchasing.
Some items may be repackaged if factory carton is not acceptable for shipping.
All opened cartons are inspected for quality assurance.
Returns and Warranties
A factory warranty may be offered by the manufacture for new products.
BuyItWright does not offer warranties or in house repair work.
If you have received a defective item, please follow the return procedures, and contact us within three business days. It is Buyers responsibility to inspect the item within the three days even if it is a gift.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations in products must be reported within 48 hours from delivered date.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Procedures:
All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back the product (buyer pays for the shipping and insurance fees to ship back the product). To obtain the RMA #, simply email the item number and the reason for returning the product to BuyItWright.
We will process your return request within 48 hours and send you the RMA# and shipping address for return merchandises.
